Erica Marie Weisz

Hi! I’m Erica Marie, a Portuguese San Diego native, and I have been lucky enough to have graced local stages including New Village Arts, Welk Resort Theatre, Cygnet, Scripps Ranch Theatre, Oceanside Theatre Company, Moonlight Amphitheatre and many more! I’m located in North County San Diego, am a licensed Registered dental assistant, love animals, trivia, and have a passion for cooking as well as jazz/big band music. Combining my love of cooking/jazz, I recently wrote/performed an original one-woman show, “I Can Cook, Too!” (New Village Arts) which received a Broadway World Award- Woo hoo!

As a performer, I’ve been called a chameleon; versatile but leaning into character/comedic roles, but I am very excited to explore more dramatic performing opportunities. Moving forward, I am seeking out spaces in which I will both be challenged and have fun in an environment with kind, diverse, like-minded artists.

My favorite stage credits include Charlie…Chocolate Factory (Cherry Sundae), Guys and Dolls (Adelaide), Cabaret (Frauline Kost), Hello Dolly (Irene Molloy), Spring Awakening (Adult Woman), Lucky Stiff (Rita), and most notably, Addams Family (Morticia).
