Analia Romero is a San Diego–based bilingual (English/Spanish) mezzo/alto and performing artist specializing in musical theatre and Afro-Latin music. With a background in mariachi and culturally rooted performance, she has performed with La Jolla Playhouse, San Diego Musical Theatre, Chance Theatre, and Disneyland Resort, with credits including Abuela Claudia in In the Heights and Principal Storyteller in The Musical World of Coco. She holds a Master of Music in Afro-Latin Music from Cal State LA and a B.A. in Music from Northern Arizona University.
